There are three available methods of payment:
1) COD (cash on delivery) – quick order
2) prepayment (necessary for overseas deliveries)
3) online payment (via online service platnosci.pl)

Prices
The prices at www.bricker.pl are gross prices and include 23% VAT. In order to save on shipping charges, www.bricker.pl will gladly combine orders, so please check if there are several items of interest before completing your transaction.

Delivery
1. Products ordered at www.bricker.pl are delivered by a courier company, DPD Polska, usually within 24 hours after payment received. Products shipped on Friday will reach customers on Monday at the earliest. Orders placed before 12.00 p.m. reach our customers the very same day. Orders placed past 12.00 p.m. reach customers the next business day. COD orders are completed instantly within the company’s business hours upon agreed time of delivery.
2. Should a product be out of stock, the customer is informed via email about the estimated delay in order completion.
3. The price of product delivery is 15 PLN for purchases of 500 PLN or less. Purchases of over 500 PLN are shipped FOR FREE. You can also see shipping costs on the Order Acknowledgment email.
4. After the shipment is completed  a link is sent by Bricker sp. z o.o. The link informs our customers about their Order Status. Our delivery prices include both packaging and postage. The packaging prices are set by www.bricker.pl, whereas postage prices might change should the package’s weight significantly exceed the standard one as set in the price list.
5. In case the delivery price was calculated incorrectly Bricker sp. z o.o.  will contact the customer in order to determine the payment amount. Bricker sp. z o.o.  always sends items in excellent condition, well packed, sealed and in separate boxes to ensure safety and security from mechanical damage.
Delivery collection. Damages.
1. Once the product ordered is delivered by the courier it is imperative to check whether the package is in proper shape. This should be done in the presence of the courier.
2. Should the package be significantly damaged we advise refusing to accept it, that is, not to sign upon delivery and not to collect the package. In such case, please contact our sales representatives as soon as possible.
3. Should the package be collected despite being damaged (i.e. the carrier received signature upon delivery), damage protocol should be issued in the presence of the courier (two copies).  The protocol should include a description of the package’s damage. One copy should be kept by the customer in order to pursue claim for refund.
4. In case the damage protocol was issued, www.bricker.pl Trade Office should be notified. The damaged product as well as the protocol is to be delivered in person to our Trade Office in Warsaw (Serocka Street 43/45 app. 32, 8.00 a.m. – 5.00 p.m., Monday - Friday), or sent as registered or carrier delivery to our Trade Office (address as above) for refund procedures to commence.
5. Should the customer fail to issue the damage protocol in the presence of the carrier and indicate the package’s damage, no reimbursement procedures will be possible and www.bricker.pl will not be held liable.

Collection in person
1. Our company offers the possibility to collect your purchase in person. Detailed information about this specific type of collection will appear on www.bricker.pl Website in the Customer Section. Products may be collected in person only in our Trade Office in Warsaw (Serocka Street 43/45 app. 32, 8.00 a.m. – 5.00 p.m., Monday - Friday).
2. Once the delivery status in the Customer Section is changed to “Collection in Person” the product ordered will await collection for the following 7 business days. After this time, the order will automatically be cancelled. Should the customer be unable to collect the product ordered, we kindly advise to contact our sales representatives.
Notice: Collection in person is not available at BRICKER Retail Store in Warsaw (Bukowińska Street 26C).


VAT Invoice
Bricker spółka z o.o. posts VAT invoices against purchase as well as regular receipts. In order to receive a VAT invoice, please fill in the appropriate sections in the Order Form indicating company details as well as its identification number (NIP).

Returns and refunds
1. In accordance with the Act of 27 July 2002 on on Specific Terms and Conditions of Consumer Sale and amendments to the Civil Code (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 141, item.1176), Bricker spółka z o.o shall be held liable to the buyer if, at the time of handing over the consumer good, the good is found to be inconsistent with the agreement.
2.  Should the product delivered be incorrect (different from the one in order form) the customer is to file a complaint by filling in the Return Form (to be found on www.bricker.pl Website).
3. The product subject to Return is to be delivered in person to our Trade Office in Warsaw (Serocka Street 43/45 app. 32, , 8.00 a.m. – 5.00 p.m., Monday - Friday), or sent as registered or carrier delivery to our Trade Office (address as above) for refund procedures to commence.
4. Should the refund be approved, money transfer will be made to the bank account indicated by the customer within 14 business days as of the day of refund approval (as indicated in the Refund Approval Email).

Return policy and contract breach
1. In accordance with the Act of 7 March  2000 on Competition and Consumer Protection (Journal of Laws of 2000, No. 22, item 271), the customer is entitled to resign from the purchase within 10 days of product delivery without stating the cause of such return. In order to execute the resignation the customer is to fill in the RMA Form found on our Website (www.bricker.pl) and send the product back with the form attached.
2. The customer is entitled to return the product personally to our Trade Office in Warsaw (Serocka Street 43/45 app. 32, 8:00 – 17:00, Monday - Friday) or send the product back as registered or carrier delivery to www.bricker.pl Trade Office (address as above) within 10 days of product delivery.
3. The returned product will be accepted by www.bricker.pl only in its original, undamaged packaging and under the condition that the product itself is returned undamaged and has not been used.
4. In accordance with the above mentioned Act of 7 March 2000 on Competition and Consumer Protection (Journal of Laws of 2000, No. 22, item 271), withdrawal from contract does not apply if:
a) the service requested by the customer had commenced before the time indicated in the above mentioned Act,
b) audio and visual recordings as well as computer programs (software) were removed from their original packaging (no longer sealed),
c) service requested by the customer was customized or refers to the customer himself.
5. Reimbursement will take place within 14 business days (as of the day of product return) and money will be transferred to the bank account indicated by the customer. Shipment costs as well as return shipment costs are not subject to reimbursement. For this reason, www.bricker.pl will not accept any COD returned products.

Our privacy policy discloses our privacy practices for handling online personal and non-personal information, and is meant to comply with applicable and current local laws and regulations on consumer protection (Act of 29 August 1997 , Journal of Laws of 1997 No. 133, item 883). Any information we collect is used for the purpose of providing you with a more satisfying and personalized shopping and browsing experience. www.bricker.pl does not share, sell or rent any personal information to other companies or third parties unless you authorize us to do so.



Business information
Bricker spółka z o.o. reserves the right to cancel orders placed during selected holidays (Christmas, Easter, Children’s Day). Cancellation may occur under the following circumstances: product unavailability, shipment difficulties (weather related problems), product import difficulties. We kindly inform that product cancellations occur most rarely and are always confirmed with our customers over the phone.
