In addition, our Website contains comprehensive information about our company and enables to purchase a wide variety of LEGO parts separately. Neither Bricker spółka z o.o. nor any other party involved in creating, producing or delivering the Site is liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your access to, or use of, the Site.
2. www.bricker.pl Internet Store enables its customers to browse the wide range of products of our business partners and to contact our Trade Office. The above does not imply any business obligations as far as users and our business partners are concerned. In particular, the information provided by www.bricker.pl Internet Store does not constitute: (1) an offer as defined by the Civil Code, (2) a remote agreement as defined in the Act of 2 March 2000 on consumer protection, (3) business information as defined in the Act of 18 July 2002 on Providing Services by Electronic Means.

The Internet Website www.bricker.pl contains specifications of LEGO products, pricing lists, special offer descriptions, photos and additional information necessary for customers upon making their purchase choice. The data on our Website is updated every month, but may be subject to change due to market or legal requirements. Our Website provides rough information on a wide variety of products for customer orientation only and should be considered as such. Bricker sp. z o.o. reserves the right to modify the legal note and service users are obliged to check any amendments made to it every time they decide to use our service. Customer’s use of www.bricker.pl after legal note’s modification is thereby considered as consent to its Terms and Conditions.
4. Terms and Conditions. The prices on our Website are gross prices (if not specified otherwise). Should customers have any doubts, our Website provides them with contact details of our Trade Office, where our sales representatives will be most happy to provide further information necessary for making a purchase such as: (1) detailed subject of transaction, (2) detailed current price, (3) additional costs and (4) order delivery date.
5. Content. Should customers expressly acknowledge that they accept the practices and policies outlined in this Privacy Policy and consent to our use and disclosure of their Personal Information in the manner described in this Privacy Policy, their Personal Information will be transferred to Bricker sp. z o.o data base (Serocka Street 43/45 app. 32, Warsaw). Personal Information will be processed both in Poland and abroad for marketing purposes in accordance with the Act of 29 August 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws of  2002, No. 101, item 926) as well as in accordance with the Act of 18 July 2002 on Providing Services by Electronic Means (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 144 item 1204). Customers may always access, review and modify their  personal information at any time.

7. LEGO and the LEGO logo are trademarks of the LEGO Group ©2009. All trademarks on www.bricker .pl Site were used for providing information on products and are owned by those companies. Coping or reproduction of those trademarks will be reported to LEGO A/S.
